Ok, so I'm working on a book - details soon! - and when I'm rolling in dough from the Da Vinci Code-esque profits I'm sure to see, the first thing I'm going to do is buy a Gyros Machine. It will run 24/7, the house will always smell of sausage-like meat product, and whenever I feel the urge, I'll get the special long rounded-tip Gyros Carving Knife and carve off a slice. Or two, if a celebration is in order, or if I'm feeling sad.
